Normal service hours are Monday through Friday 7:30a.m. - 4:30p.m. ( not including holidays).
Emergency service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Regular hourly rate is $75.00 per hour, per Technician, with one hour minimum plus trip charge and parts. A minimum service call is $350.00
All calls will be scheduled when possible the same day. If a Service Technician begins the service before 4:30p.m. and runs over, it will be charged at regular rates.
Overtime: Weekdays 4:30p.m. to 7:30a.m. and Saturday's $250.00 per hour, per technician, plus trip and parts with a 2 hour minimum, plus trip
SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS & EMERGENCYS
Sunday and Holiday rates are $300.00 per hour, per Technician with a two hour minimum plus trip and parts.
New Year's Day, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Thanksgiving Day
All areas of southern California $75.00
A service call is placed on Continued Service only when a part in not available from the service vehicle. The return trip will be job site time and parts only. No minimum or trip will be charged.
Production of certain parts may have been discontinued by the manufacturer, making it nearly impossible to secure their replacement part. If such parts are required and unobtainable, only minimum time and trip charge will apply.
